Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The Finance Systems Admin Executive role supports finance units and senior stakeholders, managing day-to-day finance system operations, master data, and system performance.

The role collaborates with IT and vendors to translate business needs into solutions, aiming to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement across reporting, governance, and controls.

Qualifications

• Master data governance including GL accounts, cost centres and profit centres.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with standards and controls.
• Implement and monitor data governance policies and approval workflows.
• Budget planning, allocation and transfer processes in the system.
• Ensure budget movements are recorded and compliant with policies.
• Perform reconciliations between sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
• Investigate discrepancies across systems, interfaces and reports.
• Establish data governance framework with ownership and audit trails.
• Align financial data across SAP modules and external tools.
• Support audits with system data, documentation and explanations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of finance systems, ensuring they are maintained, improved, and running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage master data, and support business users.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Meet SLAs, improve customer experience, and drive continuous improvement.
