Job summary

You will partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to standardize policies, govern processes, implement automation, and develop metrics that monitor performance. The role emphasizes training, governance, and controls, with DayOne offering an inclusive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a finance-related field.
• Certification in accounting, project management, process improvement, or change management is advantageous.
• 5–8 years in finance operations, transformation, or process excellence.
• Experience with ERP, workflow, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Workday beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and related processes.
• Establish and maintain a governance framework for Finance processes.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement in Finance.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and benefits.
• Embed internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver training and change-management activities for new processes.
• Lead finance transformation projects from problem definition to handover.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
