Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager, Finance Process Excellence to lead continuous improvement, governance, and automation across the Finance function as the business grows.

You will partner with Finance leaders and cross‑functional teams to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and drive scalable, sustainable improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting, project management, or change management certification is advantageous.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance operations, finance transformation, or process excellence.
• Experience with ERP, workflow, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for standardization.
• Establish and maintain a consistent process governance framework across Finance with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Develop and maintain finance policies, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation; manage a centralized knowledge repository.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement workflow improvements, automation, and digital enablement in partnership with IT and finance.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards, provide management insights on process performance, and track improvement benefits.
