Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to document current state workflows using BPMN 2.0.
• Identify inefficiencies and risks within existing processes.
• Develop streamlined 'To-Be' process models incorporating automation.
• Analyze operational KPIs to quantify the impact of changes.
• Act as liaison between business units and IT for feasibility.
• Create training materials to ensure high adoption of new processes.
