Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Intelligence professional to lead Finance process intelligence initiatives. You will shape the automation roadmap, enable end-to-end visibility across core finance streams, and partner with AI, automation, and IT teams to maximize business value.

The role requires deep understanding of ERP flows, strong communication with executives, and a track record of driving transformation through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering or related area with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s with 3+ years.
• Practical experience with process intelligence or process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to senior and executive collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the process intelligence plan for Finance, aligned with AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps.
• Establish end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report).
• Promote governance and value realization of process intelligence platforms (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath).
• Translate insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions, including automation and re-engineering.
• Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT to deliver measurable business value.
