Job summary

DayOne is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance Process Excellence to lead continuous improvement across the Finance function, driving standardization, automation, governance and performance metrics. You will partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and enable scalable growth of the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–8 years in finance operations, process improvement, or finance transformation.
• Experience with ERP, workflow, reporting, or analytics tools (SAP S/4HANA/Workday advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function.
• Establish a governance framework across Finance.
• Develop finance policies, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for process performance.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and stakeholders to address findings.
