You will help us build a high-performing finance function that supports Ezypay's continued growth across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent qualification with finance leadership experience.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance with leadership of teams across entities.
• Experience with statutory reporting, tax compliance and audits across jurisdictions.
• Experience in multinational fintech/technology environments is valued.
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team across the group.
• Oversee GL, AP/AR, treasury, fixed assets and month-end processes.
• Ensure timely financial results, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Own statutory reporting, tax compliance and regulatory filings.
• Partner with Finance Director on budgeting, cash flow and strategy.

Job Description

You will help us build a high-performing finance function that supports Ezypay's continued growth across Asia Pacific.

As a Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear performance expectations and drive capability development across the finance function.
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations across the Group, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury, fixed assets and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close.
• Review and approve journals, reconciliations and key accounting schedules prepared by the team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial results, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting.
• Own the statutory reporting process, including external audits, corporate tax, GST/VAT/SST, withholding taxes and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Partner closely with the Finance Director on budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning and key finance initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of finance process improvements, system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Build strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations and integration initiatives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical accounting matters and provide guidance to the accounting team.
• Deputise for the Finance Director when required, ensuring continuity of finance operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
• At least 10 years' experience in accounting and finance, including several years leading high-performing accounting teams.
• Proven experience managing accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, including statutory reporting, tax compliance and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Experience working in a multinational, fintech, technology or high-growth environment will be highly regarded.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for improving processes through automation and technology.
• Experience with financial reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, OneStream or similar) would be advantageous.
• A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence stakeholders, drive change and make sound commercial decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
