KONE Corporation is seeking a Processing Executive in Petaling Jaya to execute transactions within Finance and Operations processes, adhering to established controls and SLAs. The role includes validation of information, coordination with stakeholders, and contributing to automation and process improvements.

This is a 1-year contract position requiring attention to detail, a finance/economics background, and experience with SAP, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or university education, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP or related business systems would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Process transaction requests accurately and within agreed Service Level Targets (SLAs).
• Review and validate required information and supporting documentation before processing transactions.
