Job summary

KONE is seeking a Processing Executive in Malaysia to execute transactions within Operations or Financial processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs, controls, and documentation. You will review requests, validate information, coordinate with stakeholders, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

The role supports quality improvement, reporting, and automation initiatives, with exposure to Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or university education in a related field.
• Experience with SAP or similar business systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Automate and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Process transaction requests accurately and within SLAs.
• Review and validate required information and documentation.
• Follow up with stakeholders for missing details or approvals.
• Coordinate requests with other teams and track end-to-end processing.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with controls and duties.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and reporting.
• Support SLAs, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training, meetings and automation initiatives.
