Job summary

238 KONE Elevator (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Processing Executive to execute transactions within Operations or Financial processes while ensuring compliance with established controls and SLAs. You will review requests, validate information, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate, efficient processing.

The role also supports quality improvement, process harmonization, reporting, and automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency and align with KBS objectives.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or university education, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance, Administration, or Sales would be an advantage.
• Experience working with SAP or related business systems would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Process transaction requests accurately and within agreed Service Level Targets (SLAs).
• Review and validate required information and supporting documentation before processing transactions.
• Follow up with stakeholders when additional information, documentation, clarification, or approval is required.
• Coordinate requests with other process teams and track completion to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with established processes and controls.
• Perform daily reconciliation and corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, unit instructions, and performance reporting.
• Support achievement of KPIs and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Learn and utilize tools including Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and related systems.
