KONE in Malaysia is offering a Processing Intern role to support Operations or Financial processes by assisting with day-to-day transaction processing while following established controls and SLAs. You will gain hands-on experience in reviewing transaction requests, validating information, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting timely processing.

Formación

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
• Previous internship, part-time, or academic project experience in Finance, Administration, Operations, or Sales is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP or related business systems would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the processing of transaction requests accurately and within SLAs.
• Assist in reviewing and validating required information and supporting documents.
• Follow up with stakeholders when additional information is required.
• Coordinate with other process teams to ensure end-to-end processing.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with processes and controls.
• Assist with daily reconciliation and corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and performance reporting.
• Support the team in achieving SLAs, KPIs, productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement and potential automation initiatives.
• Learn and utilize tools like Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and SAP in applicable tasks.
• Participate in training and team meetings for continuous improvement.
