Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to handle invoicing, receipts, and payment postings in Excel. You will reconcile statements, prepare monthly client statements, and support inter-co teams in reconciliation activities.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Diploma in Finance/Accounting with strong MS Excel skills and high accuracy is required. You will work independently in a meticulous finance admin role in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and capture Invoices, Debit Notes & Credit Notes.
• Issue, capture and match receipts and payments; record Journals.
• Update payments in Excel for fund monitoring.
• Reconcile vendor and client statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage monthly statements of accounts for clients and internal teams.
• Raise e-Document Flow System tasks (eDFS / e-TT) and upload to Esker.
• Assist to monitor payment flow from Finance SSC and related approvals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
