Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 1–2 years of relevant experience and demonstrates strong communication, detail orientation, and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office, SQL accounting, AutoCount.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and providing exemplary service with a positive attitude.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Finance Operation – Accounts Receivable: verify sales orders, generate invoices from Salesforce, manage customer payments, issue statements, follow up on receivables, and close accounts monthly.
• Finance Operations - Account Payable: validate vendor invoices, prepare and execute payments, reconcile statements, and assist with monthly close and AP aging.
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities and support statutory compliance.
