Uzma Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage day-to-day invoice processing for Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring compliance with SOPs and timely payments. You will handle invoicing, payments, month-end close, and reconciliations, while coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Diploma or degree in Accountancy with 3–4 years of experience preferred.

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with accounting and ERP systems.
• Analytical, dedicated, and independent.
• Eager to learn and open to new challenges.
• Demonstrates maturity and a strong work ethic.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day invoice processing for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Prepare and process payment batches, monitor due dates and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain supporting documents and approvals for invoices and payments.
• Prepare client invoices and issue billing in a timely manner.
• Monitor aging of receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform month-end close activities and reporting.
• Coordinate with finance team and stakeholders to address queries.
