Job summary

Semtech is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern in Ipoh, Malaysia to support the Finance & Accounting team under Senior AP supervision. You will help process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end AP operations.

You will develop skills in Excel and ERP systems, maintain organized records, and contribute to audits while learning in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices with 3-way matching and accurate data entry.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and assist during audits.
