Private Advertiser is seeking an accounting professional to manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, cash book and general ledger. You will ensure timely monthly closures and assist in budget monitoring and reporting to management.

Candidates should hold a Degree in Accounting, have at least two years of experience, be proficient with MS Office, and familiar with computerized accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or relevant courses.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, experience in full set accounts is preferred.
• Month end closing and tax computation.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experienced working in computerized accounting environment.
• Group reporting experience is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• To handle full set of accounting, account payable, account receivable, cash book and general ledger entries.
• Assist in monitoring annual budget, revenue forecast, operation costs and expenses.
• To prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports in a timely for submission to Management.
• Handle statutory audits & assist in taxation matters, ensure compliance and clearance.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and banker.
• To assist in ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned by superior.
