Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Finance Operations Executive to manage end-to-end transactional finance activities in a shared services setup. You will handle AP, T&E, intercompany and asset accounting, while upholding internal controls and SLAs.

You will collaborate with procurement and business units, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with IFRS16 / MFRS16 where applicable. Malaysia-based role, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations.
• Experience with AP, T&E, reconciliations or intercompany activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute Finance Operations activities accurately and on time according to policies.
• Perform AP end-to-end processes including invoice validation and payments.
• Process T&E claims, manage corporate card reconciliations and SLA adherence.
• Support intercompany accounting, fixed assets and lease accounting tasks.
