Job summary

Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role covers general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and group policies.

The candidate will assist in budgeting, management reporting, and audit support, collaborating with finance teams to deliver timely financial insights and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional Qualification: Professional Certificate in Accounting (if any).
• Knowledge and Experiences: 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly management accounts and month-end closing.
• Post journal entries, accruals, prepayments with documentation.
• Perform GL reviews and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset register and CAPEX monitoring.
• Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliations.
• Support AP/AR functions and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare schedules for audits and statutory statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
