Job summary

BIT is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group, headquartered in Singapore with a presence across multiple jurisdictions. We are seeking an Operations Specialist in Malaysia to handle institutional client inquiries, orders, and KYC communications with precision.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT to resolve issues, support trading operations, and ensure robust post-trade reconciliations while maintaining data integrity and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred).
• Strong client-facing and/or middle-office experience, or proven ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional client inquiries, orders, and KYC-related communications with professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Support trading operations including quotation and order creation.
• Ensure proper communication and documentation of trade instructions across systems and stakeholders.
• Oversee post-trading activities such as daily reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.

• Excellent communication skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
