Job summary

Global Aroma Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive responsible for monthly management reports, financial analysis, and the preparation of full sets of accounts and month-end closing. The role also covers daily accounting tasks including payments, treasury, bank reconciliation, journal postings, and intercompany reconciliation.

You will liaise with auditors, tax agents and the company secretary to ensure statutory compliance, and undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in accountancy or finance
• Two years of working experience preferred, but fresh graduates with the right working attitudes are encouraged to apply
• Audit experience is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting and MS Excel
• Willingness to learn and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
• Prepare and assist in full sets of accounts and month end closing on a timely manner
• Perform daily accounting works including payment, treasury, bank reconciliation, journal posting, intercompany reconciliation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary to ensure statutory compliance
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments relating to works
