As a technology consulting professional, you’ll help businesses realise the value they can gain from their IT investments, supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. You’ll deliver exceptional client service by advising on technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence, and by acting as a multiplying effect during major program transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team on client engagements to improve business processes, adapting IT methods to fit operational and cultural needs.
- Assess and transform clients’ enterprise technology architecture, acting as architecture lead on large scale/complex IT transformation programmes.
- Assist with technology‑related transformation programmes (e.g., core banking, mobile banking) across the enterprise and coordinate with finance, supply chain, and customer advisory functions.
- Lead the team in delivering high‑value enterprise‑wide transformation services, facilitating decision making in client organisations.
- Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge, staying current on new developments in advisory services.
- Build long‑term client relationships and collaborate across EY practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of recent relevant work experience in technology initiatives management or implementation, preferably in a leading management consultancy.
- Good functional knowledge of Target Operating Model for banks.
- Ability to translate complex client requirements into understandable solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, in addition to technical skills.
- Detailed understanding of application and integration architectures (minimum) with breadth across remaining views.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- Functional knowledge of IT Target Operating Model and ERP tools such as SAP or Oracle.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, mobility, analytics, and digital.
- Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF, or ITIL certification.
