Job summary

Eaton Malaysia seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Malaysian finance team and support sales operations for Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru offices. The role partners with country leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial guidance.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification, 10+ years in finance with at least 5 years at management level, and strong SAP experience. Knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ finance experience, including 5+ years at finance manager level.
• Experience in a distribution, import/export or product-related environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Indonesia statutory reporting requirements in accounting and tax.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Malaysia finance team and support sales operations for KL and JB offices.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams on project bids, pricing, margins, and working capital.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
