Job summary

You will drive month-end close, contribute to budgeting, and support IPO readiness with well-documented records. Strong Excel and accounting system proficiency, plus 5–10 years of experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications preferred (ACCA/CPA/MIA).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience; Big 10 audit or listed company exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and audit coordination.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and internal controls.
• Ability to support IPO readiness and financial data preparation.
• Excellent multitasking and strong work ethic; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems; experience with internal control/SOP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes; strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare the company for potential IPO readiness by ensuring financial records are complete, well-documented, and audit-ready.
• Support financial analysis, budgeting processes, and continuous improvement of finance operations.
