Job summary

Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance Manager for GL & Reporting (Shared Service Center) based in Subang. You will oversee month-end closings, prepare management accounts, and coordinate audits while ensuring IFRS compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires leadership, strong English and Mandarin skills, and advanced Excel proficiency to drive accurate financial reporting and optimize processes within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance, preferably in audit.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting within a large organisation.
• Able to lead and coordinate across teams with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing, period closing, and consolidation for GL.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and packs; support IFRS reporting.
• Coordinate external and internal audits to meet timelines and requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.
