Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting certification preferred (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Oversee month-end closing and MPERS compliance, including e-invoicing.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability.
• Monitor plantation, retail, and e-commerce costs and margins.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, supplier payments, and receivables.
• Support online sales, e-commerce, and export transactions with controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Provide financial support to operations, procurement, HR, and inventory.
