Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L statements for all outlets and online marketplaces. Conduct P&L analysis and recommend initiatives to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and apply performance metrics to assess the performance of different sales channels from various perspectives.
• Prepare P&L reports, budgets, and forecasts for sales campaigns. Regularly produce progress and financial updates for management review.
• Review management feedback and incorporate it into forecasts to provide better insights into the likely impact on campaign performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and monitor the financial viability and expected performance of projects, sales campaigns, and new capital expenditure (CAPEX) investments across the business.
• Analyse the company's assets and liabilities using financial ratios. Recommend actions to improve asset and liability management.
• Explore tax incentive opportunities at the project level for sales campaigns and new CAPEX investments.
• Explore funding grants and incentive programmes for projects, sales campaigns, and new CAPEX investments.
• Monitor, track, and process monthly expenses such as rental payments, utility bills, and other operational expenses.
• Monitor, track, and process monthly loan repayments.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of key payment details, including due dates, payment amounts, and descriptions of purchased items or services.
• Prepare bulk payment files for upload to banks' online portals.
• Monitor and highlight unusual or irregular transactions.
• Prepare, compile, and submit information requested by banks, investment companies, government agencies, auditors, and tax agents.
• Manage and respond to finance-related emails, liaise with relevant parties via phone calls to resolve issues when necessary.
• Verify, manage, and process payments for various payroll allowances, including Campaign Rewards and Staff Performance Awards.
