Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance operations across a growing group with multiple subsidiaries/entities. You will lead a finance team, ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and smooth month-end processes across the group.

Responsibilities include consolidations, intercompany transactions, GST/tax filings and ongoing improvement of internal controls and SOPs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in finance/accounting, with multi-entity/group experience.
• 3+ years in an accounting firm or multi-client/multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and month-end closing.
• GST, corporate tax and IRAS compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing subsidiaries and large portfolios.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the finance operations of a growing group with multiple subsidiaries/entities. This role will lead a finance team and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance and smooth month-end operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and supervise a team of finance staff.

Oversee finance operations and manage accounting portfolios across multiple subsidiaries/entities.

Review month-end closing and management reports.

Prepare and review full sets of accounts and financial statements.

Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and financial reporting is required.

Prepare and review group consolidation and intercompany transactions.

Review GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Handle corporate tax filings and liaise with IRAS on tax/accounting matters.

Review and improve finance SOPs, processes and internal controls.

Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the finance team.

Work closely with Corporate Secretary and other stakeholders on statutory matters.

Support onboarding of new subsidiaries/entities and understand their financial operations.

Explain financial statements and financial matters to management/stakeholders.

Handle finance-related queries and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

8+ years of finance/accounting experience, with strong experience in multi-entity or group accounting.

At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm or similar multi-client/multi-entity environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience in full set accounting, month-end closing and group consolidation.

Good understanding of GST, corporate tax and IRAS requirements.

Experience managing multiple subsidiaries/entities or large accounting portfolios.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience with Xero or other accounting software is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
