Flextronics - The Flex Company in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support financial analysis, month-end close, and internal controls ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with regional teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a commerce degree (B.Com/BBA/MBA) with about 8 years of related experience; professional certifications (CPA/CMA/CA) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a B.Com / BCS / M.Com / MBA / BBA or related commerce degree.
• Typically requires 8 years of related experience.
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CFP, CMA, CA, CGA, or APICS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely analysis of consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end close to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in year-end audit activities and reviews.
• Advise reporting entities on corporate accounting policies and U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate with tax, treasury, internal control and other financial departments.
• Generate financial reports for leadership review.
