If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Assistant Finance Manager** located in ***Shah Alam, Selangor***.Responsible for financial analysis and to ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with corporate policies and processes and in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act andUS GAAP policies.Conducts internal financial risk assessments and internal controls in finance-related controls & compliances **What a typical day looks like:*** Assist in the timely analysis of consolidated financial statements.* Assist in month-end and quarter-end close to ensure accurate and timely consolidated reporting.* Assist in monthly, quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities.* Advise reporting entities on corporate accounting policies and **U.S. GAAP.*** Generate/review financial key operating statistics and work with locations to assure adherence to data and calculation definitions.* Analyze actual and forecast data and provide detailed commentary addressing deviations from targeted financial metrics, as well as addressing balance sheet variances.* Liaise between corporate tax, treasury, internal control, internal audit and other financial departments and regional and local finance managers in developing internal working partnerships.* Generate financial reports for review by leadership team.* Prepare reports (scheduled and ad-hoc) in support of financial analysts and/or leadership team.* Conduct review of balance sheet risk assessments and make recommendations as appropriate.* Assist in internal control reviews, training and SOX compliance matters.* Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Typically requires a B.
