Flex is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Shah Alam, Selangor team. This role focuses on financial analysis, timely reporting, and compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

You will support month-end close, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with tax, treasury, and internal audit teams to develop strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting. Qualificações

• Bachelor-level or higher commerce/accounting degree and related professional certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in consolidated financial analysis and reporting in line with corporate policies and US GAAP.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close activities and balance sheet variance reviews.
• Provide commentary on deviations from targets and assist in internal control and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate with tax, treasury, internal audit and regional finance teams to prepare reports for leadership.
• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership review.
