Job summary

ShopBack Group is seeking a finance professional to own month-end close, reporting packs, and variance analysis across multiple entities. You will ensure timely close, defend numbers to leadership, and drive compliance with MAS and IFRS standards.

Ideal candidates bring Big 4 experience or equivalent, a strong accounting foundation, and the ability to partner with Tax, Legal and Product on new country/product launches. This role emphasizes ownership, accuracy, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Audit experience is a must with hands-on exposure to statutory audits end-to-end.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to explain variances to leadership.
• Comfort presenting numbers to stakeholders and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and reporting packs across entities under MAS/IFRS.
• Lead variance analysis with clear explanations for leadership.
• Provide business partnering with Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Product on accounting for new launches.
