Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Eternity Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of full-spectrum finance, project costing, subsidiaries and financial planning, reporting directly to the Group CFO. This newly created role offers real ownership and the opportunity to build and lead the finance function.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Finance/Accounting, full-set accounting with 1–2 years leadership exposure, and a background in construction, project accounting, manufacturing or trading.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Finance / Accounting experience.
• Full-set accounting with 1–2 years leadership exposure.
• Construction / Project Accounting / Manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong costing, inventory & cash flow knowledge.
• Independent, hands-on & commercially minded.
• Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full finance & accounting operations.
• Manage project costing, WIP, progress claims & profitability.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts & cash flow.
• Oversee AR, AP, inventory, COGS, treasury, audit, tax & SST.
• Manage subsidiary accounts.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Work closely with Project, Sales, Purchasing & Operations.
• Strengthen controls, processes and financial reporting.
