• Deep knowledge of treasury, working capital management, and internal controls.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving change in a transforming organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence at senior levels and translate financial complexity into business language.

Responsibilities

They are undergoing a major transformation programme to strengthen their competitive position, and they're looking for a seasoned Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations that will enable this growth.

This is a pivotal role with direct exposure to senior leadership, group headquarters, and key business stakeholders.

The right leader will shape how the finance function supports an ambitious business agenda-from strategic planning through to project delivery and operational excellence.

The Role

You will lead all aspects of finance and accounting operations, acting as the trusted financial advisor to the business. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll own the financial strategy, compliance, and team leadership for a defined region or business unit-bridging global policy with local execution, and translating complex financial requirements into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Business Steering
