Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full set of accounts for our Shah Alam operations. You will manage AR, AP, GL, fixed assets, and deliver monthly and annual reports, budgets, and variance analysis.

You will lead and develop the finance team, ensure tax compliance, coordinate internal and external audits, and provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions. This role requires strong leadership and accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Full Set of Accounts

• Manage the full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and fixed assets
