Job summary

GHHS Healthcare in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department and drive financial planning and governance. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership and hands-on expertise in budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

You will supervise accounting functions, develop policies, review management reports, and coach a team to achieve departmental objectives while ensuring timely, accurate financial insights for management

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification recognised by Accounting or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in audit/accounting firm or hospitality industry.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance Department and supervise all functions within the department.
• Develop and implement goals, policies, and procedures related to financial management, budgeting, accounting, and corporate matters.
• Review, prepare, and submit monthly compliance checklists for management reports.
• Participate in the Business Planning Process and prepare the Annual Budget.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly management and financial reports.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and explain variances; handle accounting matters and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and supervise subordinates to achieve departmental objectives.
• Perform other related duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Possess Degree / professional qualification recognised by Accounting or ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience preferably in audit/accounting firm or hospitality industry.

Required Languages

• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Malay communication (verbal and written).

• Ability to handle the full set of accounts and proficiency in computerized accounting software.
• Strong analytical aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
