Dancomech Engineering in Shah Alam, Selangor seeks a senior finance leader to oversee the Finance Department, manage month-end closings, consolidate group accounts, and coordinate with auditors and authorities.
The ideal candidate holds a professional accounting qualification with 8+ years’ experience including at least 3 years in a managerial role, and excels in English (Mandarin a plus) with strong analytical and communication skills.

Professional accounting qualification such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent is required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably with an audit firm or listed company.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements and corporate governance practices.
Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, organised, meticulous and responsible approach to work.
Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, including invoicing, payments, banking and other financial transactions.
Manage the month-end closing process and prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly financial results for Bursa Malaysia reporting.
Prepare group consolidation and ensure timely and accurate Bursa Malaysia submissions.
Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and relevant authorities on financial and regulatory matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and coordinate financial materials and reports for Board meetings.
Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial systems, processes and procedures.
