Only World Group Malaysia seeks an experienced financial professional to oversee full set of accounts, consolidation, budgeting, and financial reporting in compliance with MFRS and Bursa requirements.
You will coordinate audits, prepare group consolidation, annual reports, and provide strategic insights on tax planning, resource utilization, and cost control while mentoring junior staff.

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute tax obligations, ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns, monitor tax payments in compliance with local tax laws, and manage relationships with external Tax Agents and auditors.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Develop, implement, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax planning, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Prepare Group Consolidation Report, Quarterly Announcement and Annual Report in compliance with the Bursa Listing Requirements on a timely manner.
Coordinating the annual audit with external auditors / Liaising with tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies (Bursa/Listing Requirements).
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures / Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Professional Accreditation: ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA andMIA membership is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of core financial accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role handling full sets of accounts and operational financial controls.
Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in internal controls, MFRS standards, corporate tax regulations, and practical exposure to group reporting or consolidation frameworks.
Soft Skills: Excellent operational leadership, strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and clear interpersonal skills.
