Job summary

A leading financial services company in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee multiple entities' accounts and ensure tax compliance. The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecast cash flow, and develop the finance team. A degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a professional qualification in ACCA, CPA, or MBA is preferred, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP are essential, as is the ability to lead and solve problems effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in finance and group reporting.
• Experience with audit, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to ASEAN or technology industry is an added advantage.

Prepare management reports, group consolidation, and financial analysis.

Ensure audit, tax, and statutory compliance (SST, GST, etc.).

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

Provide financial insights to improve business performance and cost efficiency.

Support strategic projects, new business ventures, and investment evaluations.

Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Accounting / Finance; professional qualification in ACCA / CPA / MBA is highly preferred.

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in finance and group reporting.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit, and tax compliance.

Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SAP is an advantage).

Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
