Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a leading real estate agency focused on property management and valuation. We are seeking a Finance Manager to be based in Damansara, Malaysia, to lead the finance team and manage key financial processes across the group.

The role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, financial analyses, and liaising with auditors, tax agents, and banks. It requires strong English communication and a degree in Accounting or Finance, with 7–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance team to prepare timely and accurate group-wide financial reports.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial analyses, liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and banks.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting including full set of accounts.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual closings.
• Ensure timely submissions to statutory/regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Guide and support a team of accounts staff.
• Verify, post and reconcile transactions in Dynamic 365 and SQL Accounting.
• Monitor cash flow and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable timeliness.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.

We are representing a leading real estate agency recognized for its property management and valuation expertise, looking for a Finance Manager to be based in Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the finance team that prepare timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with reporting policies and requirements for the Group of Companies (in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore)
• Responsible for all financial matters including forecasting, budgeting, financial analyses, liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and all banking related matters
• Prepare monthly financial reporting (include full set of accounts) in a timely manner
• Handle monthly, quarterly, half year and annual closings
• Ensure timely submission and payment to statutory/regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulation
• Ensuring adherence to statutory law and financial regulations
• Guide, plan, assign, and support a team of accounts staffs
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions in accounting system (Dynamic 365 and SQL Accounting).
• Monitoring and managing cash flow (include reviewing Accounts Receivable Aging and ensure payment to Accounts Payable in a timely manner)
• Other tasks, roles and responsibilities that may be determined by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Minimum 7 - 8 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in written and conversational English
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
