Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will ensure timely financial statements and provide insights for strategic decisions, while implementing controls to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead a finance team, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle financial challenges and drive continuous improvement. The role supports the organisation’s long-term financial planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
