Jora Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will ensure timely financial statements and provide insights for strategic decisions, while implementing controls to ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement
Lead and develop the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the overall financial strategy and long-term planning for the organisation
What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in financial software and tools
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
