Job summary

Grace And Glow in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead full-set accounting operations across two entities. The role covers day-to-day finance activities, statutory tax compliance, internal controls, and close collaboration with our counterpart finance team in China.

You will manage AP/AR/GL, prepare monthly/yearly statements, handle corporate tax and SST, and drive process improvements to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling full-set accounts.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian corporate tax rules (CIT, SST, PCB).
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) required for China interactions.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL Financial Accounting, AutoCount) and advanced Excel.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-set accounting across two entities including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle corporate tax, SST, PCB and statutory submissions.
• Lead year-end audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
• Coordinate with China finance team for regional alignment.
• Improve internal controls and produce management reports for decision making.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead full-set accounting operations across two business entities. This role involves complete financial management, statutory tax compliance, internal control enhancements, and active regional collaboration with our counterpart finance team in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Set Accounting: Manage day-to-day AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and cash flow operations across two entities.
• Financial Reporting & Statements: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standard reporting rules.
• Corporate Tax & Compliance: Handle all corporate tax-related matters (Corporate Tax, SST, PCB) and ensure timely statutory submissions to LHDN.
• Audits & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain complete accounting records and balance sheet schedules to lead smooth year-end closing with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
• Regional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact to communicate and align regular accounting records with team counterparts in China.
• Process Improvement & Insights: Analyze current accounting workflows, enhance internal controls, and prepare management reports to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA is an added advantage).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling full-set accounts.
