New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd seeks a Finance Manager to lead treasury and financial operations in Meru, Selangor. You will manage cash flow, funding, FX exposure, and financial reporting while ensuring tight controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong Treasury and Cash Management experience is essential.
• MIA qualification preferred; candidates without MIA but who are planning to pursue the qualification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury & cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity and funding.
• Monitor FX exposure, banking facilities and surplus funds per treasury policies.
• Manage banking relationships and prepare treasury reports for cash, funding and risk visibility.
• Support monthly financial reporting, management accounts and financial analysis for timely insights.
• Monitor working capital, cash conversion and key financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to identify issues and support decisions.
• Oversee receivables, ageing and credit exposure to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, treasury controls, and risk practices.
• Work with Sales, Ops and Finance to resolve collection issues and improve cash conversion.
• Lead, coach and develop the treasury/finance team; strengthen controls and processes.
• Drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements with stakeholders.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Meru, Selangor on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and treasury functions of the organisation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth objectives and maintaining robust financial controls across all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management
• Lead daily treasury activities covering cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, liquidity and funding management.
• Monitor FX exposure, banking facilities and surplus funds while ensuring compliance with approved treasury policies.
• Manage banking relationships and prepare treasury reports to provide visibility on cash, funding and financial risks.
• Support monthly financial reporting, management accounts and financial analysis to provide timely insights to management.
• Monitor working capital, cash conversion and key financial performance indicators.
• Work closely with Finance and business teams to identify financial issues and support business decision-making.
• Monitor receivables, ageing, collection performance and customer credit exposure to support healthy cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, treasury controls and financial risk management practices.
• Work with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to resolve collection issues and improve cash conversion.
• Lead, coach and develop the treasury/finance team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
• Strengthen treasury SOPs, controls, reporting and processes to improve efficiency and governance.
• Drive process improvement, automation and system enhancements while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong Treasury and Cash Management experience is essential, particularly in cash flow, liquidity, banking, FX and funding.
• MIA qualification is preferred; candidates without MIA but who are planning to pursue the qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Proven leadership capability, stakeholder management and growth mindset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with good commercial awareness.
