Bolttech in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Head of Financial Control to lead Malaysia and Singapore finance functions. You will drive financial reporting, planning, tax compliance, risk management, and strong internal controls while mentoring the regional finance team.

You will partner with executive leadership to improve processes, deliver timely insights, and ensure regulatory compliance across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 6+ years in finance operations and reporting, with audit experience.
• Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
• Experience in Insurance Agency/ Brokerage is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and present financial reports to management and board, with insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ensure accurate tax compliance and act as main contact for tax agents and authorities.
• Identify and manage financial risks, maintain internal controls, and oversee cash flow.
• Lead relationships with external auditors and company secretaries for audits.
• Build cross-department relationships and support finance projects and process improvements.
