Job summary

Innowave Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance/HR Support intern/part-timer for our Malaysia office.

You will gain hands-on exposure to office operations, finance, and HR support while collaborating with local management and our Singapore HQ. Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Accounting or Finance, fluent in English and Chinese, and proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Must be legally eligible to stay in Malaysia without requiring work pass sponsorship.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese with external parties and internal stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, and China offices.
Able to follow instructions closely, adhere to company policies and SOP, and handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily office administrative operations, including claim verifications, invoice sorting, and filing both physical and electronic supporting documents.
Assist in coordinating and booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations for team travel.
Monitor office and pantry supplies, track asset lists, and assist with replenishment orders.
Provide hands‑on support and coordination for all office activities and company events.
Support day-to-day administrative operations for the Malaysia office and assist with remote operational needs for HQ.
