Planworth Global Factoring Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur invites a motivated intern to join our Finance team.

You will assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and supporting data verification and reconciliation across accounts payable and receivable. The internship targets Diploma or Bachelor’s degree students in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with a minimum 3-month commitment (6 months encouraged).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum internship period: 3 months. Candidates available for a 6-month internship (final semester) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and receipts.
• Support the preparation and processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Help with data verification and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks, including support for audits, e-invoicing and tax compliance submissions.
• Collaborate with finance team members on ad hoc projects, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform general administrative and support tasks as required by the team.
