TravelBiz & Tours Sdn Bhd seeks a diligent HR and Finance Officer to manage financial records and support accounting operations in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The role combines finance duties with HR administration and payroll oversight.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in finance/accounting, strong numerical skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end HR processes while ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws. Occasional ad-hoc tasks may arise.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency with relevant software applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statements, reports and accounting documents.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and databases.
• Liaise with suppliers and auditors for smooth transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, postings and onboarding.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance.
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
• Maintain leave, medical and benefits records.
• Coordinate annual appraisal cycle and identify training needs.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and support HR system improvements.
