Job summary

CCB Medical Devices Malaysia seeks a seasoned Finance & HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and HR operations. You will drive financial planning, cost control, and compliance while shaping people practices and policy execution.

The role requires 5–8 years of managerial experience in Finance and HR, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant managerial experience in Finance and HR
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, costing, taxation, and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA is an added advantage
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

About you
