Responsibilities

• Review local travel and expense policies to ensure internal controls compliance.
• Tier 1 support to affiliates: credit card queries, system errors, expense questions.
• Respond to emails from the Generic Mail Box (GMB).
• Resolve SAP Concur-ERP interface issues and coordinate with affiliates.
• Manage credit card administration: applications, cancellations, statements, reporting.
• Support post-payment audits of employee expenses and follow-ups.
