Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate for SAP Concur with 3-6 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur solutions in a Malaysia-based role. You will work with business stakeholders to deliver travel, expense, and invoice management solutions while ensuring process optimization and compliance with requirements.

You will gather requirements, design workflows, and support integrations with ERP environments.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP Concur implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and/or Invoice modules.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP Concur implementation project.
• Exposure to SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or other finance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP Concur implementation, enhancement and support projects.
• Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice).
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional specs.

• Design and configure workflows, approval processes, expense policies, and audit rules.
• Support system integrations with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, HR, payroll, and third-party applications.
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with business users and project teams to understand requirements and recommend best practices.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user training.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on travel and expense process optimization.
• Support & Maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to SAP Concur applications.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide sustainable solutions.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Testing & Documentation
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing (UAT) documents.
• Execute system testing and support business users during UAT.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, and knowledge repositories.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies.
• Stay updated with SAP Concur releases and recommend enhancement opportunities.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP Concur implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and/or Invoice modules.
