Job summary

Evonik Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Finance professional to support supplier invoicing, travel and expenses, and compliance within the SSC framework. You will collaborate with local services and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate processing and timely payments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with SAP or Concur is a plus. Shift alignment may apply for EMEA/AMER coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/Concur experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP invoicing to ensure accurate processing and timely payments.
• Manage group mailbox queries from internal and external stakeholders with timely responses.
• Validate and update vendor and customer bank information per CBV anti-fraud procedures.
